Lydia provides the team with an extensive skill set that supports the writing of tenders for our clients through her proactive and positive approach. She thrives under pressure and always plans effectively to meet every deadline. She consistently has the cleanest desk in the office and is a lover of all things George Michael.
Nick Rowland – Bid Writer
A BA (Hons) Geography graduate from Lancaster University, Nick has been a valued member of the team since 2018. He provides yet more talent and enthusiasm for our bid-writing team, using the experience from his degree to help continue our growth. Nick is a self-motivated and goal-driven individual, fitting into our values and helping us drive for excellence. In what can be a high-pressure industry, Nick has proved his ability to maintain 100% focus and adapt to any situation he finds himself in.
James Miller- Digital Marketing Executive
James is a young and enthusiastic member of the team with bags of talent and potential. James joined the team in 2017 and works with the team to improve our digital presence. He earned a Level 3 in Digital Marketing in 2018 and continues to help grow our brand every day.
Tim Ward – Managing Director

With a degree in Architecture and a varied background in Construction, Educations, Risk Management and much more, Tim has successfully secured multi million pound contracts for companies in a broad range of sectors. He has developed a working method which has regularly supported the underdog to get ahead of larger more established competitors in the tender process. Driven by both a passion for winning and determination not to lose, Tim ensures that as the company continues to grow, exceptional quality standards are never compromised. The business success is based upon quality rather than quantity, building a small customer base and establishing longer terms relationships, celebrating ongoing success in collaboration.
Catie Ward – Director of Research
Catie joined the team in 2014 bringing professional experience in undertaking result focused research, holding research based degrees in both Sociology and a Masters Degree in Health. Through an in house designated research function the team are supported with the highest quality data and information to support development of high quality work.
Catie’s background both as an independent research professional and within the NHS provide her with the experience required to quickly understand complex information, to think divergently and to identify information which adds value to the bidding process or through stand alone research. Specialising in developing content which is commercially focused supporting informed decision making both for our team and for our customers. In an increasingly competitive market place this in house capability allows us to better understand best practice, to analyse the competition and to set our customers apart.
Jess Ward – Marketing & Admin Assistant
As a longstanding member of the team Jess has developed a strong understanding of all aspects of the business. She is a proactive administrative support function supporting the progression of both bidding and research opportunities.
Additionally Jess takes a lead in implementing marketing activities with the team ensuring we are keeping you up to date with changes both in the world of procurement and in the way that we work to keep our customers winning.
Alongside her work with the team Jess is studying Mathematics at Newcastle University.
The Bid and Research team look after all of our tenders through a retained agreement. It takes away all of the hassle and stress of the process and importantly we are now growing at an unprecedented rate as a result of the numerous contracts that we continue to win.
